Swanson v. Swanson, 216 Ga. App. 406, 406, 454 S.E.2d 529, 530 (1995).  Court of Appeals affirmed dismissal of appeal of award of attorney fees in divorce matter.



Hawthorne Indus., Inc. v. Balfour Maclaine Int'l, Ltd., 676 F.2d 1385 (11th Cir. 1982).  The 11th Circuit Court of Appeals found that increased production costs due to breach of contract are recoverable as an element of damages.

Armstrong Cork Co. v. World Carpets, Inc., 448 F. Supp. 1072 (N.D. Ga. 1978), reversed in part by Armstrong Cork Co. v. World Carpets, Inc., 597 F.2d 496 (5th Cir. 1979).



Cronan v. JP Morgan Chase Bank, N.A., 336 Ga. App. 201, 784 S.E.2d 57 (2016).  Dismissal of our client’s claim to quiet title reversed.

Shehadeh v. Alexander, 315 Ga. App. 479, 727 S.E. 2d 227 (2012).  Here, we obtained a reversal of a judgment in the amount of $500,000.00 against our client.

State Farm Fire & Casualty Company v. Walnut Avenue Partners; Big B Cleaners, et al. v. State Farm Fire & Casualty Company; Walnut Avenue Partners, LLC v. State Farm Fire & Casualty Company, 296 Ga. App. 648, 675 S.E.2d 534 (2009).  Court of Appeals affirmed ruling on State Farm general commercial liability coverage issues.



Hobbs v. Georgia Dep't of Transp., 785 F. Supp. 980 (N.D. Ga. 1991), order aff'd in part, vacated in part sub nom. Hobbs v. Roberts, 999 F.2d 1526 (11th Cir. 1993).  A reversal in Hobbs’ favor was obtained on sovereign immunity and negligent engineering issues.



Houston v. Bedgood, 263 Ga. App. 139, 588 S.E.2d 437 (2004). Defense judgment for doctor on scope of medical duty issues affirmed.

Esener v. Kinsey, 240 Ga. App. 21, 522 S.E.2d 522 (1999).  The court of appeals affirmed the trial court’s ruling regarding fraud tolling the statute of limitations in a medical malpractice action.
